Running of OPD daily in the Morning between 8.00 AM to 11.30 AM and in the evening between 3.00 PM to 6.00 PM. With this view in mind and in accordance with the aims and objects of the Samaj the Samaj is running free OPD in the Samaj premises for five days a week. The OPD remains closed on Thursdays & Sundays.

The Samaj has engaged well qualified doctors in many faculties such as Medicine, Dental, Skin, Pediatrics, ENT, Gynecology, Ophthalmic, Physiatrist, Cardiology etc. X-ray unit is also functioning.

The OPD attends to about 300–350 patients per day. Morning OPD runs from 8.00 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. Evening OPD runs from 3.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. and one general physician attends. Ayurvedic unit is also run for 3 days a week i.e. Monday, Wednesday and Friday in the evening. Acupressure treatment is also offered free on every Saturday at 2.00 PM onwards.

Homeopathic dispensary is run from 8.30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and is managed by a highly experienced physician and the patients who attend are from all walks of society. this can be said with great confidence that this unit can be termed as the best in the city if not country. (Since we have got no chance to visit charitable dispensaries in other metros.)

A visit to all the units of OPD will speak for itself. The best quality medicines manufactured by well known pharmaceutical companies are disbursed. Disbursement of medicines to the patients is handled by a fully qualified pharmacist.
