A well provided Dharamshala with several rooms called “Shri Sai Vishram Sadan” in AIIMS Complex has been constructed for the benefit of poor patients and their relatives.

The Samaj has constructed a four storyed Dharamshala named ‘SAI VISHRAM SADAN’ in AIIMS compound on 400sq yards land provided by AIIMS. The Dharamshala is fully furnished with 100 beds, fans, tube lights, water reservoir tank, store. Accommodation for Manager & caretaker have also been provided. A lift has also been provided. There is a provision to add two more storeys at any time as and when permitted by the rules. Fire fighting equipment has also been installed.

The Dharmashala is for lodging patients/their relatives from out stations getting treatment at AIIMS who were earlier forced to pass days & nights at footpaths in sun, rain summer and winter. There is a proposal to give food at the subsidized rates or Free an activity very dear to our SAI in the near future. This magnificent building is an icon of excellent structural quality, all due to the hard efforts put in by Shri A.V.Datta (Jt. Sec.) who is also a Civil Engineer by profession.

The Daramshala has been inaugurated on 25th September 2004 by Sh. Ambumani Ramdas, Hon'ble Heath Minister, Govt. of INDIA.

Management of this Dharamshala under a managing committee comprising representatives from the Samaj & AIIMS and charges are very nominal.
